We usually process and ship all orders within 2-5 business days. Typically all orders will leave the shop within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Yes! Items can be exchanged within two weeks of delivery, Buyer pays return shipping cost unless return is due to item flaw, or item being damaged upon delivery.
A total order refund or an item replacement (buyer’s choice) will be offered for flawed or damaged items. Refund or replacement is issued upon receiving returned items.
Items must be returned in original condition. Items that have been washed, smell strongly (smoke, pet odor, etc.) or are stained and are therefore unsellable, will not be accepted.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Log into USPS and enter your tracking number- it’s that easy!
Yes! We will gladly make shipping arrangements – just contact us with the address when placing the order. On the checkout page you should be able to select a different shipping address than your billing address. If you are not able to or made a mistake, do not hesitate to reach out and we will take care you. We can also include a note card if you’d like!
You can but usually we have all brands available at our disposal. You can definitely give us a shout and we can figure out which works best for both us and yourself.
We will send you a tracking number when your item has shipped so that packages can be tracked. If your item has been tracked to your mailbox, but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or the post office.
ZavaJam is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages by USPS. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to reship or replace orders purchased without insurance. Insurance is included with all priority mailed items.
If you provide the wrong address and your package is sent back you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address. Please double check when entering your shipping information.
Yes! We do offer International shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
We try to fit every BODY. If you need a different size than what is listed please send us a message at email@example.com. We will do our best to find a shirt for you, there may be a slight delay in print time and extra shipping charges may apply.
